Kilmer Square represents the reclamation of an entire city block and heralded the transformation of New Brunswick's once-distressed downtown area when it opened more than 10 years ago. Devco restored historic but dilapidated buildings and linked them with new construction, a mall-like atrium, and promenade. Today, this office and retail complex blends both modern and historical structures, and boasts a varied, vibrant, and profitable tenant roster. Kilmer Square continues to lead the retail revitalization in downtown New Brunswick.
