Jane Voorhees Zimmerli
Art Museum

As one of the top university art museums in the country,
the Zimmerli has internationally admired strengths in traditional
Russian art, Soviet dissident art from the Cold War period,
French graphic art from 1825 to 1925, and Japonism (illustrating
Japan's influence on art worldwide). A selection of contemporary
American prints especially commissioned to help support the
museum's vast holdings of more than 50,000 works of art are
showcased at The Heldrich. These impressive works on paper,
representing the museum's Rutgers Archives for Printmaking
Studios, are by noted artists and master printers whose work
has appeared in museums and galleries throughout the United
States. These prints are on display throughout the main conference
level.
