The Devco Art Collection

One of Devco's guiding principles is to encourage public-private partnerships to benefit the greater New Brunswick community. Recently, Devco began taking this approach beyond its core functions of redevelopment and construction.

To enliven the facilities that we build, Devco has created a visual arts program. In so doing, Devco is encouraging an appreciation for the power of visual art, broadening recognition of New Jersey's artists, and most importantly, serving as a model for other developers to incorporate similar programs in new construction projects.

Devco plans to incorporate a public art aspect and New Jersey-based art installation in each of its future redevelopment projects.
